Meredith Avery

Meredith, hailing from Columbus, OH, shone as a three-sport high school athlete in basketball, softball, and volleyball, before excelling in Division I Basketball at Western Michigan University. She discovered CrossFit in 2016, which remarkably enhanced her basketball training. Since starting her CrossFit coaching journey in April 2023, Meredith has embraced her new role with enthusiasm. Off the gym floor, she's a sales professional in the automation/manufacturing industry, specializing in machine-vision cameras. A self-proclaimed foodie, she loves the color purple and holds her faith dear.

Meredith and her husband, Victor, have been inseparable since meeting in 2016 and tied the knot in May 2020. Their life together, including living in three different states, has been a series of adventures. Recently settling in Richmond in July, they, along with their three cats, are eager to explore new experiences, especially becoming active members of the CrossFit Formula Athletics community.
