Chelsea has been active since childhood, starting way back choreographing WWE routines and wrestling matches with her brother and neighbors. Her passion for sports grew through high school, where she played varsity soccer, and continued into college with intramural soccer. Her journey into fitness began with HIIT-style workouts at a local gym, but everything changed in 2017 when she attended a CrossFit Games semifinal to cheer on her brother-in-law’s team. Inspired and intrigued by the experience, she tried CrossFit and was instantly hooked.
In 2021, Chelsea transitioned from enthusiast to coach, discovering a true passion for guiding others on their fitness journeys. She’s particularly drawn to gymnastics movements, with handstand push-ups and walks being her favorites, and she will happily avoid wall balls and anything with the assault bike.
Outside the gym, Chelsea enjoys adventuring with her husband, exploring new places, savoring great food, and playing board games. Recently, she’s also discovered a love for pickleball, adding yet another layer of fun to their shared experiences.
